This Thursday 13th December, the holding Baoum* launches a takeover bid against the Kunstbüro conglomerate and buy all of its capital. Thus, to ensure a smooth transition from the point of view of customers and employees of both groups, l’école du Baoum* will become for a month «the KunstBaoum!™», located 2 rue Auguste Gaché, in Grenoble.
The transition will take place from Monday January 7th to Friday, February 8th, 2008.
On the evening of Monday, January 7th, 2008, from 18h you are invited to the inauguration of the new holding KunstBaoum!™.
During this evening the KunstBaoum!™ capital will be divided into 2000 shares, that you can buy for the symbolic amount of 3 euros per share. During the month of January, the intense KunstBaoum!™ artistic production and its results will make fluctuate the value of the share.
Every Friday at 18h, you are invited to «The KunstBaoum!™ Weekly Activity Reports» (KWAR), during which you will be informed about the KunstBaoum!™ new developments and about the share value.
And Friday, February 8 at 18h, you are invited to the closing ceremony of KunstBaoum!™, in which dividends will be distributed related to the fluctuation of KunstBaoum!™ share.
We will be available throughout the month during office hours (9h-12h30 and 14h30-18h).
